upgrading & want to restore all data on new phone

I am upgrading from an older tmobile 7100t to an att bold. What is best method for transfering all of my current phones data to the new att bold. This would be including 3rd party apps and most importantly email and sms messages currently on the tmobile phone. Thanks

I would give the switch device tool in Desktop Manager a try. It should transfer all of that.
