reactivating 7130e

I am having to reactivate an old 7130e and when my carrier tried to program the BB a message:"could not read data" pops up on the SDMA service program edit screen. Anyone familiar with this problem???

I've come across the same message??? Tried both codes for access without success. Great little phone, but worthless without the access to change the number. Any help greatly appreciated.
