Default No Browser Icon Appears
i JUST PURCHASED A NEW IN THE BOX 7130E FROM EBAY. IT'S PRETTY AWESOME. I COULD CLUB POLAR BEARS WITH IT. ANYWAY, DOES THIS DEVICE HAVE TO BE ACTIVATED BEFORE THE WEB BROWSER ICON WILL APPEAR?
