Help! 7130v upgrade from 4.1 to 4.2

Since upgrading my 7130v from 4.1 to 4.2, I can no longer find the option to organise the applications. Also, when setting the "Auto lock on holstering" option to "On" - with 4.1, it was possible to click the trackwheel and click "unlock" - this would then unlock the keypad, but on 4.2 when clicking the trackwheel and choosing "unlock", you then have to hit[*] [green phone] to unlock the keypad. Any ideas?

It's just changes in the software. Search for a document on google that tells you about the changes from 4.1 to 4.2.
