Couple of questions -7100i

I'm not sure HOW I did this but I changed my homescreen icons to a list. I'd like to get it back to icons.

The previous owner had a blackberry email account on this phone. I created MY account and I don't know how to remove his, it's not in the options to delete (settings-->email settings) only my email is listed there. What can I do?

I was trying to log into a website and it said I need to enable javascript-I thought this already was but how do I enable it?

Is there an option to delete one of the options-enterprise activation. I have no use for it so can I hide it or remove it?
