My friends has the 7100 from nextel. She set a picture as her background, but now cannot access anything. Her menu is gone. All that shows up is her picture. You can dial out fine and when you hit keys it pulls up the dialer screen. The web works too. When you hit the button between the send and end keys it launches the web. But the main menu is gone.
