7290 applications

Is there a different way to erase the applications in this device?
, I tried to do it like I do in my 8110 but I could't.
can anybody help me

Exactly how were you trying to do it? What are you trying to remove? Download the OS for it from the TMo upgrade site and install it on your pc. Then plug the phone in and start DM then run app loader. If it upgrades then let it do it. If not then uncheck the apps you dont want. Follow the prompts and finish up.
