 7130e - Media Manager won't start
Hey, all!
I just inherited a 7130e. It had an older version of the Device Software, so I just updated it to the latest version. However, I still can't get the Media Manager to come up on the Desktop Manager.
I click on it, and it grays out for a minute, and then comes back. My Blackberry momentarily shows that it's connected, but doesn't appear to stay connected. Then, the Desktop Manager becomes available again - without doing anything.
I get no DAO error or other prompt to install something. I did install the latest version of Desktop Manager, with the package that included Roxio.
Any ideas?  |
