I have an old company phone that I am trying to reset so it can be given to another user but I don't have the password for it. I also do not have the blackberry desktop software. Is there anyway to hard boot the phone back to the factory install?
Type the password in wrong 10 times. The phone will reset itself, delete all the user data (emails, SMS, Address Book, Calaender, etc) and you will be left with an empty phone.
