7100i problems with incoming calls

My BB is working fantastic all around, except for the fact that I can't receive incoming calls! Whenever I get an incoming call, it goes to the Answer/Ignore screen, then the phone shuts off. Error 395 comes up.

I've pulled the battery, reset the software, and the song remains the same. The phone shuts down and I get Error 395 every single time the phone rings.

Any solutions, before I try to get a replacement phone?

when you did the software on that phone did you did a FULL backup and restore or did you go through backup/restore then hit advanced and did a simplified backup and restore?? cause if you did that FULL one then you may have added that error right back onto the phone when you restored all your data back on it.
