7100i to 7100i sim swap

Hi all, I have a company 7100i and got tired of the color. A friend gave me there old one which I took apart and painted the shell black. I pulled sim from working co. phone and put it the black phone and I can't figure out how to get it to send/receive emails and sync w/ the company server. Phone portion works fine. It is probably something simple, but if you don't know, then you don't know.

Simple solution!

call in to tech support (make sure you get NEXTEL blackberry not SPRINT blackberry support)

Let them know the situation, they will need you to goto options and status to get the new pin and imei numbers to swap into the account and everything will be moved over
