Delete vendor file (there might be 2 vendors) 3. Do not interrupt the process until its completely finished

From what I've read, even if something goes wrong there are fixes for it. Please post back with the results and welcome to Blackberry. The 99xx is an awesome device and I think you'll be quite pleased.
I'm still afraid to do the vendor thingy lol. I just used BBSAK to wipe the device, and when it tells me no OS is found, I simply went to DMto restore a back up and it found the .267. This is probably the best OS imo.

Best is once the vendor file has been deleted is to disconnect from the internet. It seems that when one launches the DM, it looks if there is an update available on the web and this creates a vendor file. Or if the DM is set to no update that is not necessary.

So in the future you'd recommend that I delete the vendor file, then install the new OS? I think its hard for me to do it using DM, I felt comfortable doing it via BBSAK. One thing though, am I to install the new or leaked OS first then run BBSAK?

I think I messed up with that last night, but some how managed to load 267 in my sleep deprived state.

I agree that it's a great build. Battery life has improved for sure. The wifi sharing thing hasn't worked for me yet, but it might be my problem in not knowing how to do it. Anything else that you found that's different or improved?

You are now able to add a BBM contact via NFC. All you do is line the back of the devices when you pick to add using NFC. I was all like
