Os not found!

I planned to reload again the OS7.1.0.523 but then, this appeared!

I already deleted the vendor.xml file (and yes, a fresh OS of BB installed in my PC (OSv7.1.0.523)), and back up all the data using DM, and for my 3rd party Apps I used BBSAK to back it up...

Do I have to remove the battery while it is Error507 and waiting for a reply?

I really need help

Did you delete BOTH of the vendor.xml files including the hidden one in the hidden folder?

yes, you're right, but no one wants to get into that anymore and give a suggestion, so that 's why i post a thread here in OS7.. hope you understand me

OH!! deleting the hidden vendor.xml file? i don't know how, the only one that i know to be deleted is the one that's visible in C:/Program Files/Common Files/Research In Motion/AppLoader *...

So the vendor.xml is the reason why BBSAK keep on telling me that "No OS found for your device" ?

Can you tell me how to locate that hidden vendor.xml?

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader

C:\Users\*user name*\AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML

Make sure that hidden files and folders are shown.

But in the future, don't start new threads for the same issue. Stick to one thread.
