    Lightbulb OS 7 Approved Apps

Can we start a list, with links, of all approved apps specifically for OS 7? I just got my 9930 and am having a hard time finding relevant apps for OS 7. Any help?

Don't use the Blackberry Protect icon that you transferred over with device switch. Go into the applications folder, and you will see the OS 7 compatible Blackberry Protect.

I seem to have lost Blackberry Protect when updating to OS .353....? Can't find anything in my applications/downloads folder. I tried downloading it from App World only to be told it is unavailable for my device. Anyone else have this problem?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure Pandora doesn't work yet, at least not on the 9850 for sure.

    Socialscope is confirmed.

It has been reported that SmartWifi also works fine, though S4BB's site does not list it on their OS 7 page yet.

I really need Ring Scheduler to work but it still says it isn't compatible.

Has anyone tried the OS6 version on OS7?

ETA: I tried the OS6 version on the Torch 9810 and it does in fact work. As does SugarSync, Kindle reader, Tether, and Quick Pull.

DirecTV scheduler looks a little funky but it does work.

Now if I could just get Pattern Lock and Pandora.

Hi, I have BlackBerry Protect embedded in the Setups Folder - have you looked there?

Get it directly from Amazon, not the App Store, etc.

I went to www.amazon.com/kindlebb from the phone's browser and selected the download link.

Has anyone gotten the amazon.com application to work on the 9930? It says my device isn't supported.

Sucks - I used that all the time on my Storm 2

Does anyone know if the MSDict based dictionaries (Spanish-English, Oxford English, etc.) work on OS 7? Also, FlightTrack?

I can confirm that pandora does NOT work on a verizon 9930, running any OS7 release.

    Support for Blackberry OS 7?

Hi, I have recently upgraded my phone this week from the Palm Pre to the
Blackberry Torch 9810. I love my new phone, but my heart sank when I saw
Pandora doesn't have a supported app in Blackberry World for OS7. Is there
going to be support for the new blackberry OS7 anytime soon? Thanks

Please let me know when Shazam is available for the 9810. It's my "can't live without it" apps. Also Pattern Lock and an OS7 theme for the 9810. I'd be greatful for these!

    Peace...
