my os update stuck on social feed data back up
is it possible to skip the back up process if your doing it straight from the phone. And go straight to the os up date if you done the back up already.

Uninstall Social Feeds prior to update. I also recommend staying away from OTA updates.

OTA is just painful no matter what. Use Desktop Manager or App Loader.

i already did the ota and left it home for a day while i was a work and its still at 12%

yep its currently at 12%

Pull battery or connect to desktop manager. Hard to imagine it is still at 12%.
