Device extremely slow since OS update

I have users with BB Bold 9900 and Bold 9900s. (Not running on BES) Recently, any that had an auto update of the OS have had very noticable degradation of the performance of their Blackberry - they run very slow. It can take 10-15 seconds to select an icon. On all of these, once I downgrade the OS to the previous version they run fine again. Has anyone else had issues of this? or have any idea why? We are with Telus.
Ex. Bold 9900 - ver 7 bundle 1346 runs fine but 2406 makes it run very slow.
Bold 9800 - 6.0.0.246 runs fine but 6.0.0.448 makes it run very slow

I experience slow responses on my new 9900 after an update, not as much as you but used Blackbery DM to update to the latest os, 7.0.0.576 (2392), all good now plus battery life is 3 times what it was before. I"m in the US on AT&T.

My 9900 has also gone really slow after one of the apps I updated, battery's also turned for the worst, with battery dying at 30%. Not sure if it could possibly be the same Issue
