Default Can't set up multiple email accounts with BIS on OS 7.1

    Hello,
I am trying to set up multiple email accounts with BIS on my Curve 9360.

When none are configured and I go into the settings, it lets me choose between Yahoo/Gmail/Other/Create new etc. I can set the first one up fine. But when I go back to add another, the only option I get is "Create a new email address' (the Blackberry one).

This happens whether I set up my Gmail email or another one, so I don't think it's to do with the type of the first account I set up (OWA). If I delete the account I've set up, all the options come back again.

The problem was there with OS7.0 and remains with 7.1.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks,
    Conor

Did you find a resolution to this? I have the same problem.

I had this issue with 7.0 I ended up having the BlackBerry support team with Verizon set my address up for me because at the time that was the solution for my issue which is similar if not same to what your brief description sounds like...

    Best of Luck!

Since you are using BIS you can try creating the account from the BIS website.

    The site usually is "https://youroperatorname.blackberry.com/"

Google your carrier name, then BIS beside it. Login there and see if you can set it up from there. If not, contact your carrier and ask them. Or try a security wipe.
