Bold 9900 507 Error problem
My Bold 9900 had the terrible 102 error after it died before i could charge it. I was able to connect it to JL_Cmder and pull the error logs and deleted the specific file that was causing the problem, It booted once, and then rebooted after I did all the device setups again, and now it has a 507 error.
I have tried to reinstall the official OS, with both AppLoader and DM, and it starts installing the OS and starts sending .cod files to the device, and then my BB will restart after a couple dozen files have been sent. I have used both the latest official release from my carrier and the 7.1.0 file. Curiously enough, the 7.1.0 file gets quite a bit further along on the install before the device reboots. It reboots and AppLoader or DM is able to connect to it again, and start the .COD transfers from the start again. With the official version it always seems to reboot at net_rim_data_providers.cod and with the leaked version it is always a different file around 75% of completion.
The battery is charged on my BB, I have tried all the USB ports on my computer. Unfortunatly, I cannot try another computer, as I am overseas right now, and all the PC's I have access to are locked down.
Any Ideas? The device is under Best Buy's PEP plan, but they cannot ship me a new BB out of North America.
