Hi, great forum. I recently updated the software on my bold 9700 and the battery only lasts for like 6 to 8 hours. Downgraded but still same problem, battery used to last for a couple of days with the same usage. Any ideas? Do I need to do a blackberry quickpull? The phone's software does appear to be playing up a bit e.g. displaying wrong picture and names when people call me which it wasnt doing before i upgraded software.

Yes, do a battery pull and if that doesn't solve it then I suggest you wipe and reload the OS. Use BBSAK to wipe and then reload the OS using DM.
