The Torch 9800. I was all over that device. Had if for almost a year and a half -- my longest running BlackBerry.

Definitely the 9800. The 9780 was basically a complete rehash of the 9700 minus a better camera (and they say Apple and Samsung don't update their phones enough), while there is no way the Curve 3G, Style or Pearl 3G are considered "flagships". The 9800 was RIM's best phone up to the end of 2010 despite all its shortcomings.

On that vein, I believe the 9900 is considered the OS7 flagship.
