Hi, I had same issue of missing compose PIN option. I did a "safe mode" start, and walah! Its back.

I'm having the same problem ..
I can't compose PIN because it doesn't show up in the message app
also when I press on a BB PIN in the BBM Send PIN message doesn't appear also ..

Yesterday I don't know how it worked with me ..
I can't remember what exactly I did by mistake to make it work ..

When I reboot the device it stopped working ..
