Based on some casual observations, it looks like it's maybe 5-10MB more than 5.0.810. I went from having around 300MB free to around 290MB free pre and post 6.0.

Since updating and reinstalling all of the same apps (facebook, twitter, color id, etc, the usual), I'm sitting at 250 mb of app space now.
