Default How to restore default BB apps

Okay, I'm puzzled.

I've sold my 9780 on eBay. I wanted to restore it to the standard factory configuration, with all the default apps, T-Mobile stuff, etc.--as if it were brand new.

Previously, I had it on OS 6.0.0.706, and I had removed various things that I didn't use, such as BB Maps, Password Keeper, and so on. Now I want all that stuff back.

So here's what I did. I uninstalled any previous BB software from my computer, a Windows 7 machine. The last BB software I had on there was for my 9900, but I uninstalled that.

I used BB Boss to wipe the phone, right down to white screen.

I connected to DM and prompted for Update Software. It downloaded 6.0.0.480 and installed it. The install went smoothly, but those BB Maps, etc. are still missing! How do I get them back?

The apps such as password keeper can be found lower in the list. BB maps, however, will have to be installed by the user because it requires specific service books via a data plan
