[Help] OS 6.0.0.706 + Update Problem

Hey Guys,
I have a Blackberry Bold 9780 and running OS 6.0.0.285.
But this one has a lot of bugs.
So i wanna update it to 6.0.0.706, Should i do it?
and does this one has bugs?
btw i can't update my bb , idk why i also deleted vendor.xml ..
It just shows a message with no update available.
Could u guys give me some advise?
I also tried the blackberry help how to's ..

Do this to look for other vendor.xml files and delete them if found.

click start,type cmd, [enter], cd\ [enter], dir vendor.xml /s /p [enter] let it run, take note of where it finds them and go delete them from those locations and try again.

It worked, there was a another vendor.xml found in appdata!
