Email setup and filters not working
My Torch 9800 (Orange UK) died recently - it was on a constant reboot loop. I managed to rescue it by re-installing the OS using Blackberry Desktop Manager on my Mac. Whilst doing this I (perhaps unwisely) updated the OS to bundle 2949. I had a recent back up so managed to get back most settings and messages/contacts etc.
Here's the problem...
Email setup doesn't work at all. Nothing happens. And re-installing it through the application part of BDS doesn't work. That's the first of my 2 issues.
I have 3 email accounts set-up on my device and before the re-install of the OS (when everything was working properly) I activated a filter on one of my accounts so as not to receive emails over the holidays. Now though I can't switch off the filter as the option has disappeared from the options menu.
Is there any way of sorting this out??
