Default Does the Universal Search has an actual application icon in official OS?

When I used the hybrid OS Berrylicious 6, there is actually an application icon for Universal Search, and I can access it by pressing "s" with Application Shortcuts enabld. Now I'm using an official OS (6.0.0.723 EastAsia Bold 9700 SKTelecom) and it doesn't have the Universal Search, so any theme that is not a "BlackBerry 6" theme (that is, just a recolor of RIM's official theme) blocks me from using Universal Search

no there is not any icon for universal search. you haveto type simply what you want to search without any extra efforts.

I use Application Shortcut. I inherently can't make use of Universal Search from Homescreen, and I use custom theme.

ohh thats the negative point. universal search hardly worls in any customs theme. it is upon the developer whether he install this feature or not. and normaaly it works with all default themes.

Choose a different theme, or contact the developer to request adding the hotkey. It is very simple to add the hotkey into a custom theme, and all of my themes have "S" assigned to Universal Search.
