Hi Guys,


Have used CB loads of time resolve my BB issues and always the forums have come up trumps. So Just wanted a bit of help before I bin this 9300.

Brought used, fine for six months, then ‘Code 507’ and ‘200 reset’ with white screen.

Connects to pc, so I guess I am correct in thinking this is not a nuked loop situation.

Tried all of the help info I have found, including wiping old OS with JL_CLDEMR and BBSAK.

Tried reloading OS by DM , App loader, command prompt / app loader, BBSAK/ap loader.

I have OS 6 installed with vendor file deleted, (but I downloaded the correct carrier OS anyway)

I have also tried to install a copy of OS 5

Using all these different ways the OS installation always stops/crashes when it gets to the point of loading module ‘net_rim_bb_phone_resource.cod’

Is there anyway to overcome this? maybe delete a file before installation

Any help would be much appreciated

Don’t really want to throw it away as it is in such good condition.

it would seem like this line is the cause

Error starting net_rim_services_impl

The OS is downloaded direct from the rim website

Any body have any ideas as to what this file is or how I can overcome the error?
