Default Anyone had Sprint T.V. failure subsequent to OS6?

The Sprint T.V. on my Bold 9650 has not worked since approx 2 weeks subsequent to the O.S.6 upgrade.....
...I went through everything I could do as an end user, Sprint tech care then Service Center where I live.

End result was that the techs at the store ordered me a refurb'd 9650 which came in the mail.

I did a back up of my address book and passwords and reloaded the phone and THE SAME THING HAPPENED.

When I push the icon for Sprint t.v. the phone just freezes up and nothing happens and I have to hammer on the end button multiple times OR pull the battery to get back to the home screen?

Could it simply be two bad phones or is there something going on any crackberryITES know of?
A reluctant iPhone 4s user who would STILL be a Blackberry user had RIM not messed it's own bed by putting a "Fisher Price Camera" in it's "flagship" Blackberry Bold 9930.

The Sprint TV does not work with .600 OS, I was told the only way was to downgrade back to OS5 because OS6 is not compatible, just like the Sprint music store is not compatible with the 9650

Thank's spencerdl, someone should let Sprint know that before they replace a customers phone...
...Only to end up with the initial problem.

    Thanks for responding man!

Unfortunately all carriers response to problems with phones and network issues is to give the customer a "refurbished" phone instead of correcting the problem. Makes me wonder why I pay a repair fee with Asurion. ....Glad I could be A little help
