Is there any way to change (reduce) the time you need to hold down the BlackBerry button before the Task Switcher opens?

From the home screen type 'keyboard' > click keyboard and then adjust the keyrate to what you want. It opens the app switcher faster if set to fast etc but also affects the other keys.

I have mine set to medium fast.

Also, if you hold down Alt & press the back button it opens. Whilst holding Alt & keep pressing back to flick through the opened apps.
