    and can't stop it, tried rebooting but still, can't access whatsup, facebook and my messages and it is costing me my airtime

    All depends on what / how many accounts you've set and how long their history is .
    Anyhow, I'd suggest you grab a wifi hotspot/network and let it settle a bit more.

    Can you please elaborate about your accounts?
