I'm troubleshooting an issue I have on PrintHand direct printing to my home wifi printer. PDF files are failing to render prior to job going to the printer. vendor says to enable zip file support in my z10... since it might not be able to access the pdf decoder zipped files on their server on the fly.

Can anyone let me know how to check my z10 settings for this?

In the file manager, go to whichever folder you have your PDFs stored. Either on the device or the SD card. When you open the folder, click on the three dots in the corner. You can then select the zip all option. Or long press on one of the PDFs to open the side menu. Select more then tap however many PDFs you want to send, then use the zip option from the side menu

Sorry, I think I need to restate the issue.
The vendor wants me to confirm if my z10 is setup to auto access/open zipped files. The PrintHand app access a zipped pdf decoder/driver file in their server when trying to render a pdf for sending to the printer. They think my z10 can't open that zipped driver file.
How / where do I check that setting?
