    Hi guys. My phone is extremely slow since the update. Apps stall, everything runs choppy and horrible. I've done an os reload but still not improved.

    Here's my memory screen shot.

    Anyone else experiencing this sluggishness and freezing?

    And why are my picture time stamps 5 hours behind? I'm posting this at 9:03 PM EST and my picture screen shot in says 5:03 PM in the folder.

    Oh, and why is the new Amazon taking up so much CPU power when it isn't even open? Los I can't delete that app? (smh)

    I guess nobody has experienced this since the update? Still miffed that the new Amazon store is taking up so many system resources even when idle yet there is month way to delete this bloat-ware.

    I've tried a few things and so far turning off BlackBerry Protect has helped with the slow response my device now has.

    Can anyone suggest anything else?

    Change your time zone setting. Turn off app background and run when minimized. Soft reset your BlackBerry. And let it settle for a day. Hope it helps

    Try signing out of amazon and do a hard reset. Failing that reload your phone again and do not do a restore.

    Put all media and files into your sd card.

    Use ultimate backup to backup and restore contacts, messages and etc.

    You can uninstall Amazon app using Sachesi or the Chrome plug in.

    For better result you should reload the OS using an autolader. As I have read , tat gives always the best results. There are lots of post talking about that.
