    I've just bought a Z30 to replace my Z10. Curiously all my text messages are disappearing. They appear as a toast, then they are gone! Is this a common problem?

    Never had this happen so no it is not normal. Which carrier are you using and which OS do you have? We could use this info so we can help you.

    My mobile number was transferred across to my new SIM card today. Perhaps it's a carrier issue

    Actually, it's not just texts, it's emails too. They show up as a pop up, but then they do not show in the email or hub inboxes.
