I really hope someone can come up with a solution or an explanation to why this is happening. First of all, let me say, this has been happening with OS 10.2.1.3175, way back when it leaked.

My Z30, more so OS 10.2.1.3175 (I say this because I'm running the same OS on my Z30 and Q10) is self deleting all my emails including my SMS messages! Other than Hotmail, everything else permanently deletes (Hotmail moves the emails into deleted folder)

I've tried everything under the roof including wiping each device, installing the OS on one device whilst leaving the other device untouched, I've tried using different BB IDs, I just don't know what it is.

It's more so confusing that my SMS messages self delete too. So, anyone, can you please explain why this is happening? I'd be much grateful.

Nope, I've never restored after loading an OS.

Then that is very strange indeed. Have you perhaps tried a sic wipe & load with 3175? It's how I loaded 3175 to my Verizon Q10 and it's been stellar for well over a month now.

I can't begin to tell you how many times I've used SIC Multiwipe. It's a head scratcher, very bizarre. I've loaded 10.2.1.2141 after using Multiwipe and everything seems to be working for now.

This is the thing, it happens randomly or I think it does. I must be doing something elsewhere (other devices) or something I install. I'm trying to pin point it but right now it seems like 3175 was the culprit.

When you have multiple devices and you're using the same BBID and then the having the same emails syncing from one another, it can become quite confusing.
