Hello, I am having issues with my bluetooth on my Z30. It pairs fine with both my devices (A speaker, and headphones) but when trying to play music through either, the music just pops through the entire song and every song. But when using it for voice over with phone calls it works just fine, audio comes in clear and precise.
Ive tried re-pairing both devices with my Z30, and yes I am running the most current software on it.
Any thoughts??
My iPhone doesn't do this with either device.

When you say you're using the latest software, would you mind letting us know what it is? Also, I found BT on my Z10 was dodgy but works perfectly fine on my Q10.

Bluetooth with the Z10 isn't dodgy at all - it works perfectly fine. I use it when I work out daily.

OP if you can let us know what OS you are running as well as what hardware we can try and help. BB10 has not failed me yet re: bluetooth connectivity.

Don't give up. I'm thinking about this phone and it would suck if it's never fixed.

This is a problem on the Z30. Running any 10.2.1 version still gives the BT bug. I have a BT headset and a BT adapter in my car (Belkin, w/ cable to aux in plug). Both give this chattering audio under BT. Chattering stops for a bit each time I stop and start the audio.
