    My phone is unable to restart. When I hold the power and click restart, the phone turns off and will not come back on until I manually do so via the power button. Not a major problem but wondering if anyone has experienced this issue?

    Hi. Are you releasing the power button first to stop the 'power off' cycle? Then hit the reset button? If you keep the power button held down and try to hit the restart at the same time it will still power off. Hope that helps! If not, I'd have no clue, sorry.

    Thanks for the help. Seems I'm just a dummy. I figured I had to hold the power button to keep that menu active. Cheers!

    No problem! I kinda got what was going on due to the fact I did the same thing and then realized, hey! Release the button dummy! Lol still learning more about this phone and Os day by day. Have fun, and remember, the only stupid question is the one never asked!
