My wife's Z10 just starting doing something odd. When I try to watch a captured video from the media card I can hear the audio but the display is black. I can play music and look at the stored pictures with no problems.

I have tried to reset with the volume buttons but the problem is still present. I have also take the can out and out it in my spare Z10 and the videos play no problem.

Other factors are:

Running latest telus OS 10.3.2.2252
Multiple attempts to reset

There is a chance that there may have been some minor exposure liquid but when discovered the battery was removed and the phone was placed in a bag of rice for 24 hrs. No visible signs of water in the phone at time of exposure just below cautious.

Anyone else experience videos playing audio but not video?

Try moving the video over to the phone storage and see if it plays, maybe something wrong with the sd
