Hello there, I am currently using a BlackBerry Z10STL100-3/10.2.1.1925

Using the contacts settings I selected to hide the Facebook and Twitter contacts.

When I go to the phone app and select contacts it shows my BBM Facebook and Twitter contacts. How would I go upon hiding them on the phone app like in the contacts app?

I think it only shows contacts with phone numbers. Are there phone numbers added into / included with the FB contacts you can see in Phone app?

I don't use FB, but I'll do some checking soon too.

Yeah. It includes facebook contacts that aren't in my regular phone book. Shows them in the phone app/screen but not in the phone book

It's not appearing on my phone app but the annoying part is that my Facebook contacts appear on the Text Message when selecting a contact.
Take note, not just fb contacts with phone numbers but ALL the fb contacts.
Text message should only show my Local Contacts not Facebook contacts.
I just don't want to delete my fb contacts.
BlackBerry should fix this, It's there since 10.0
I hope they are aware of this.

And if you could let BlackBerry know about this?
My opinion is that before they start building new features for the os they should squash all the bugs even the minor ones like this which is annoying.

Yeah I get the same. It shows all my Facebook friends and even twitter followers. They should fix that stuff before implementing new stuff.
