I was going through channels today and saw a channel posting about an app to kill apps, task killer, so I contacted that channel owner and told him about the inbuilt task manager which is better but he said it takes a lot of steps to do that and that a lot won't understand in the channel.

So I went through the comments in that channel and other channels and I saw these complains A LOT

1- Battery drains very fast
2- Phone is so laggy specially BBM
3- Apps close on their own
4- Camera won't start

So when I saw these complains I started replying to everyone and helping out but what I noticed is that no one knows about the device monitor that's inbuilt even though the first 3 issues can be solved using the device monitor, so why can't BlackBerry make an Icon that takes people directly to the device monitor and name it something like the title? Also why is it that a lot of people can't start their camera?

I believe that making an icon for device monitor (or placing it by default on the Quick Settings dropdown menu) is a good idea.
