I just updated my Dev Alpha to the latest version released today (10.0.9.2320) and when I connected it to my computer, this popped up:



Going to http://www.blackberry.com/blackberrylink/ throws a 404 - Page not found error.

It will go so far as to offer to install updated drivers and quit there. If you poke around a bit though, you can find the set up file needed and run it however, BlackBerry Link won't fully download and install because the webpage for it isn't quite live yet or it's based off an internal RIM server

Having the same issue. Trying to build for the device but my Apple PowerBook won't install BlackBerry Link. Get this error:

Update Download Failed:
The update download failed with the following error: A server with the specified hostname could not be found.

This is a very old thread, but just started getting the message in title every time I connect my Z10.
Couldn't find a directory exploring phone to follow up. Any new news about this? Thanks.

Hey guys this happens every so often to me regardless of when I updated try this settings storage and access check if connection is auto detect if it is change to specific machine

This message always appears when you plug a BlackBerry 10 smartphone into a computer via USB cable. Click Dismiss and don't worry your pretty head. BlackBerry Link is desktop software.

Just tested and changing to connect to Windows instead of automatic seems to have works. Thanks!
