My main disappointment with the Remember app is not being able to send emails to an evernote notebook when flagging them or moving them from Unfiled to evernote.
I've just accidentally discovered this workaround which only works if you use gmail for your email.

Set up this script to send labelled gmail emails to evernote.

You need to have gmail labels that match your evernote notebooks

Now on BB10 instead of selecting "Flag" you can select "File" for the email and then select the Evernote notebook you want to send it to.
The script will then send the email to the right evernote notebook when it runs next.

I don't think it's a very clean workaround but it will do me until I can move notes from Unfiled to Evernote.
