    I'm not sure about Without Sim, I know if you're carrierless but have a SIM it works.. Hmm....
    My best bet would be getting a leak. theres plenty good ones here. 10.2.0.1791 is the closest to official and the most popular here, if you wanna give it a try :

    I installed many leaked OS before, in order to test my apps.

    It's a brand new PC now, just try to avoid installing BBLink...

    You could backup using Sachesi and install the leaks that way too

    Sachesi requires BBLink (or BB Device Manager) pre-installed too.
