I currently have Bold 9700. I kept my iPhone 4S and will give it to my mom in place of her 2-yr upgrade this December. So...I'll get BB10 this December

like tjseaman I'm staying with my 9700 until i can afford the upgrade to a BB10 device. Like was mentioned I also think that the announcement of BB10 so close after BB7 release hurt BB7 device sales.

if i have to i will get a BB7 device but i would prefer BB10.

Well unless Rogers subsidies it without an upgrade, nope.
I have nothing do threaten Rogers with as I am on an employee plan, so I doubt they will let me upgrade before due time.
Sigh.

I'm more of a physical keyboard guy and my 9800 is getting long in the tooth. I've been holding on to my upgrade since last November. I will probably try the full touch and see how it is unless some news leaks on the keyboard version. If we get to see it soon and it looks amazing, I may have to roll up my sleeves and hold on for a little while longer. Either way, I'm definitely going BB10.

BlackBerry does what I need it to do for work and my everyday life. I don't need 50 million apps to make my core phone do what I need it to do.

I only got my 9900 in January so by the time I'm up for upgrade in 2014 the qwerty BB10 should be released.
