Short answer: no, they do not give a flying fsck to real security and privacy features. Otherwise we would have OTR messaging, zRTP VoIP, baseband firewall, fingerprint scanner, fine grained app permission control with data spoof capability like Cyanogen has, TOR client, virtual workspaces not just with BES, etc etc.

Blackberry has that "month user" or don't know how exactly they called that, and my opinion is, if they could send to all "months users" the brand new Priv in reward for their loyality and advertising Blackberry all around, why is impossible to send him some Blackberry device, if not cash?

I guess no when I was on android I found a back door entry that will let you gain remote access to the users device like calls,messages, and data stored.

When this was told to Google all they did was fixed after is reported and they never told me thankyou or credit me.

So I guess no blackberry won't reward you.
