Will BB10 be a World Phone?
The promo video looks promising. One concern I have is the continue use of BIS which prevents RIM to make its device a true world phone when users are traveling with it. When traveling overseas, often carriers do not provide pre-paid BIS rendering traveling with a Blackberry useless without data. I hope this will be changed with BB10 so I can travel with it without having to scramble to look for an Android/iPhone.

i believe BIS is an important part of the BIS structure
