[CrackBerry Question]

Whenever I connect my Z10 via usb, the device manager sees three "Blackberry" devices under 'Other devices', but cannot find the drivers for them. At the same time, on my Z10, I can select 'Install Drivers', but as soon as I do, the three "Blackberry" devices disappear in the device manager, and I get a 'Windows XP Setup' dialog box which says 'Please go to the Control Panel to install and configure system components.' I have no idea what system components it's talking about, and there's no other unknown devices in the device manager.

Anybody know what I should do next?

Upgrade to Windows 7. Windows XP is security hell.

That will installed the desktop software, BlackBerry Link, and the drivers you need, BlackBerry Device Manager.

Uh yeah I have Win 7 and am having the same problem.

You have to delete the drivers, reboot and then reinstall again! Should fix your problem
