Well there's no issue with the battery as i checked it with other battery but the same problem is there. i did that software reload thing and the security wipe but still the phone shows that the battery is draining at like 100% in 2 hours. not using anything on mu phone like bluetooth , nfc or data services or any other app. please help me ......

Check Settings -> App Manager -> Device Monitor under CPU to identify what process is using a lot of CPU and act accordingly.

I would suggest also to disable what you are not using frequently. Ex: NFC, Bluetooth.

Stay in the same thread you've already opened not so long ago, and provide us some screenshots from your Device Monitor's

And you probably want to re-calibrate your battery. See you in your other thread

If you have eBay from BlackBerry World, delete it and reboot. Just having it there will kill your battery.

Skype also drains battery (though not as extreme as the ebay appp).
