    Hello,
    I have a BlackBerry Passport SE with OS 10.3.2.2836, which I bought on shop BlackBerry, but I still haven't got the update, has anyone an idea why? and how I can fix it?

    The same happens to me....but I think it's not a big problem...my Z30 had the update months ago.

    BB pulled the update because it was creating problems on some devices. No one knows when those issues will be fixed and when a revised version will become available.
