I have 8GB storage and just 4.6GB used. The update requires only 1.5GB so...why are they ask me for additional 890MB of space?

Because that's what it needs to complete the installation. If you're trying to do it directly over WiFi to your phone, I think you'll find doing it through your computer with BlackBerry Link will require less space.

Wifi updates requires double the update in space in order to install. This can sometimes cause issues with people not having enough space, especially with these 1.5 GB updates. I'm hoping that the 2016 phones will all come with 32 GB on the device....The Passport specs should become standard mid-range BB10 specs.

I also want to see the 64bit Qualcomm 820 chip introduced with 10.4
