Hi. I get into BlackBerry in like a half of year. Didnt know some things but i wanna ask you guys. I have BlackBerry Q10, im from Russia and i still dont get 10.3.1 update after a month. Am i need to wait more or just install it manually, if so can you suggest me some instruction how to do that. Thank you.

Have you tried updating over BlackBerry Link?
Also, try doing the following: remove your SIM card > reboot device > connect to wifi network > check for software updates
Some users have found that this triggers an OTA update that isn't available with their carrier yet.

Yep, nothing.

Tried this severel times — nothing.
